§  A brief explanation of your format

o   Main body should:
§  Reveal insights into the work(s). THIS MEANS YOU WILL PROVE YOUR THESIS STATEMENT. YOU NEED TO DISCUSS THE QUOTATIONS YOU’LL BE USING.
§  Carefully organized for a coherent argument by using topic sentences, transitions and supporting evidence.
§  This should be a minute by minute break down of WHAT you’re doing in your IOP; make the connection between your format and the novel clear.
